In this video, Andy Welbourne of TOP Mexico Real Estate gives a tour of the construction progress of Papaya Plus in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. As Andy points out from the rooftop, the location is ideal, offering walking distance to the beachfront, to the shops, restaurants and bars of Fifth Avenue, and to larger stores like Walmart.
The units themselves are also very promising with a very spacious design, lots of natural light with large windows and excellent views of the picturesque town square. There is underground parking, storage space and an elevator.
The construction is advancing well, and as of September 2011, all the main concrete construction is in place, and the complex is can be expected to be finished in December of this year.
