Livin' Playa - Gelateria de Alma
In this video, TOPMexicoRealEstate.com talks to Martin Markgraf, a shop-owner for who makes home-made gelato down on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, the pedestrian street that runs parallel to the beachfront in Playa del Carmen.
As Martin points out, he is a German expat who was originally sent here by his company. He fell in love and simply had to stay and make this beachfront paradise his new home. As he points out, it's also a very safe place to visit and live.
